My life has been filled with adventures in a wide variety of artistic mediums from cooking, sewing, knitting, weaving, ceramics, crafts, to painting. It wasn’t until I took lessons from Becky Johnson and Rosanne Taylor that I knew I had found my true compulsive spark.
I am honored to be one of the 15 glass artists of the LaHoya glass studio. It is wonderful to have a permanent place to house my “glass stash” and create.
Studying in Portland at the Bullseye factory was a tremendous opportunity. A large variety of glass techniques contribute to the excitement and adventure that is glass.
A vast majority of my pieces are inspired by nature. The colors of the earth move me. I am always looking at the world and sketching ideas of how to portray the things around me in glass.
Having participated in a number of shows and sales, I am looking forward to sharing my passion for glass with you.
