JEANE McINTOSH

My work is autobiographical. I visually explore my ideas, emotions and interests. Color, line, space, dimension. Layer upon layer in printmaking, painting and drawing.  I’m currently taking many of my prints, cutting them up and making two and 3-dimensional sculptures. In the finished pieces, the history of my work can be seen by the different layers. I enjoy the thrill of working through ideas, narrowing them down and presenting a complete thought in each piece.
